What is RelayPad

RelayPad is a permissionless launchpad on Robinhood Chain. Anyone can create a token. What makes a RelayPad token different is when its benefits switch on: not after a vesting period, but once the token is genuinely spread across many wallets.

Trading is never restricted

This is the part people usually assume wrong, so it's worth stating flatly: transfers are never restricted or throttled. A RelayPad token is fully liquid and tradeable from the moment it exists — full stop, no exceptions. There is no cooldown, no whitelist, no max transfer size, no anti-whale tax.

What is gated is utility

A creator attaches benefits at launch — a fee discount, extra governance weight, a staking APY boost, or something custom they define. Those benefits only activate once the token's holder distribution crosses the threshold the creator set, for example: unlocks at 500+ distinct holders with no single wallet above 5% of supply.

  • Below threshold: the token trades completely normally, and the attached utility sits dormant.
  • Above threshold: utility activates automatically on-chain. No admin action is required, and no admin can block it.

Unlocking is reversible, not a one-time gate

If concentration rises back above the cap after unlocking — say a wallet re-accumulates past 5% — the utility re-locks. The same is true if the holder count falls back below the threshold. This check is ongoing, and a token can move between locked and unlocked many times over its life.

Why do it this way

Time-based vesting measures patience. It says nothing about whether a token is actually held by many people — three wallets can hold 90% of supply for two years and clear every cliff. Distribution gating measures the thing that was supposedly the point: how many distinct people hold the token, and how much of it sits in the biggest wallet.
